Set Up
QuickBooks is by far the most popular small business accounting software today. It is relatively easy to use and extremely easy to make a mess of. While it looks simple enough, it is still a double entry accounting system based on debits, credits, income, expenses, assets, liabilities and equity. The First key to success with QuickBooks is setting it up correctly. We will set up your QuickBooks and tailor it to the unique needs of your business. We will set up your asset, liability, and equity accounts with correct beginning balances. You will receive a back up disk to restore your computer to and will be ready to go.
Training
The Second key to success with QuickBooks is personalized training. Very few businesses use all the features in QuickBooks to their advantage. We will show you how to use the functions you need. Our training is one on one, so you get the help you need quickly and easily. We will provide you with as little or as much help as you need.
Review
We can remotely access your QuickBooks and make adjustments on a monthly, annual or as needed basis. Or, if you prefer, we can work from a copy of your disk. Most clients need help with:
